In the past we have completed this form - two copies one in English, one in Spanish and had them stamped at the Hacienda in Velez Malaga.
A new form has to be completed each time a different UK pension is added to your income that is to be taxed in Spain.
They keep the Spanish copy and the English one we send off to the HMRC so that the relevant income/pension will not be taxed in the UK.
However, on taking the form to the Hacienda today, just to be stamped as confirming we are Spanish tax payers, we were told this has to be done in Màlaga!
Has anyone else had this happen and did you bother to go to Málaga for a one minute rubber stamp exercise?
