There are a number of "burial" options open to people in Spain, but they are not cheap.
The vast majority of funeral plans (not the same as death insurance) do not allow for interment and, in any event, if you wish to be buried you MUST make the arrangements and lease the plot before you die - you must not leave it to your nearest and dearest, who may not be in Spain and certainly wouldn't have a clue how to go about it.
Headstones or Mausoleums are another matter altogether and again, really need to be organised in advance (if you have notice!).
