Unsettled weather of rain and wind will affect all of the Peninsular and the Baleares until Sunday.
Moderate and persistent rain will start this evening and will affect all the country and the Baleares from West to east, and the State Meteorology Agency, AEMET, has said the rainfall could extend to the weekend.
It will be accompanied by moderate to strong winds and with rain, especially intense and persistent in the NE quarter of the country and in the Upper Ebro.
There is an orange alert today for coastal winds along the Galician coast, except in Rías Bajas where the alert is yellow.
There are yellow alerts for wind also in Asturias, Cantabria, Basque Country, Navarra and north of Huesca.
Tomorrow will see an orange alert in Navarra rain and wind, and the along the Galician and Cantabrian coastline.
On the Canaries there will be locally heavy rainfall during Thursday afternoon.
On Friday there will an Orange alert to the north of Zaragoza and Huesca, in Aragón and Guipúzcoa, while Vizcaya and Álava will on yellow alert, the same across the four Catalan provinces.
